CCARS

The members of the CCARS are experts in their respective research fields (Medicine, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Law, etc.) and do important work to provide clear information on the relationship between radio frequencies and health.

The following are some of the functions of the Committee:

  • Produce a report giving an overview of the state of the science and the standpoint of the principal national and international organisms regarding the possible effects of radio frequencies on health.
  • Produce specific ad hoc reports on the possible effects of electromagnetic fields on health.
  • Produce reports on the so-called personal radio frequency protection devices (shields, curtains, etc.).
  • Broadcast new developments regarding radio frequencies and health by participating in seminars, forums or workshops.
  • Publicise the state of science and the new developments regarding radio frequencies and health by participating in or publishing in the media.
  • Organise and coordinate national and international activities.
  • Produce an Annual Report of Activities.
  • A permanent information and consultation exchange network by telematic means or plenary meetings with physical presence.
